Description: Come to a Koha Yoga Workshop
Flying yoga is a dynamic, interactive, balancing, acrobatic flow. You practice with a partner, allowing the spine of the flyer to open and stretch while the base (the person holding the flyer) receives a strengthening exercise.
Please wear comfortable loose clothing, bring a yoga mat, a stainless steel water bottle, and an open heart to each workshop. $20 Donation suggested, but no one will be refused to fly!

Flying Yoga Playshop
Due to popular demand we will be holding flying yoga introduction playshop (workshop). Spend time learning and enjoying the art of partner yoga at its leading edge. You will be equipped to fly and fly others and left with flying instructions to ensure you can grow with your flying abilities.
All classes are donation based: suggested donation $20.00. (By no means let the thought of finance be an obstruction to you enjoying and experiencing a heart opening fun filled practice that is Flying Yoga.)
